Front End Manager
Overview: This position is responsible for providing hospitable, courteous, and efficient service to customers. Duties include day-to-day front end management including coordinating and training front end staff, scheduling, maintaining point of sale (POS) system, as well as assisting in maintaining a positive work environment for employees and a positive shopping experience for customers.
Day in the Life:
Location: Primarily at checkouts, sales floor, and office space.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to ensure appropriate staffing levels, communicate new procedures and policies to staff, and assist with the overall operation of the front end.
Qualifications: Qualified candidates have previous retail and\/or bookkeeping experience as well as the desire and ability to create meaningful and memorable moments for our customers and staff.
